- 1 small frying chicken
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 c. wine vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cut chicken into pieces; cut up garlic and celery into small pieces.

2Put in frying pan with margarine and brown.

3Add 1 cup of wine vinegar, salt and pepper.

4Cover and simmer on low heat. Later, remove cover and let vinegar cook down until chicken is cooked.
