  • 1/4 lb. ground pork or ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. minced shrimp
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. wine
  • 1 Tbsp. water chestnuts, chopped or celery, chopped
  • won ton skins

Directions

    Mix meat, shrimp, salt, soy sauce, wine and celery or water chestnuts.

    Place 1/2 teaspoon of filling in center of wrapping. Fold wonton as directed on package.

    Deep fry.

    Serve hot.

    Dip in sweet 'n sour sauce.
