- 1- 1/4 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 packages (about 1 Oz. Packet) Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix
- 1 pound Lean Ground Beef, 90/10
- 1 pound Lean Ground Pork (90/10)
- 1 whole Egg, Beaten
- 1 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 13 cups Parsley, Chopped
- 1 whole Small Onion, Chopped
- 18 teaspoons Nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 2 jars (24 Oz. Size) Your Favorite Marinara Sauce
- 1 pound Cooked Spaghetti, For Serving

1In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with dressing mix.

2Crumble beef and pork into very large bowl (you want room to work here).

3Add seasoned breadcrumbs, beaten egg, cheese, parsley, onion, nutmeg, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper together with your hands until well-incorporated.

4Form into twenty meatballs and place in a slow cooker.

5Cover completely with sauce and cook on LOW for 68 hours.

6(I cook mine for 8 hours.

7This will produce fall-apart-at-the-touch meatballs, so be careful you dont create a Bolognese sauce by mistake!)

8Serve with spaghetti.
