Wurst-Beer Salad

  • 1/2 c. Budweiser beer
  • 1/3 c. bottled Italian dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp. dill seed
  • 1/2 lb. knockwurst, cooked and sliced diagonally
  • 1 (16 oz.) can sliced white potatoes, drained
  • 1/2 large red onion, sliced and separated into rings

Directions

    In medium bowl, mix well the beer, dressing, sugar and dill seed.

    Add knockwurst, potatoes and onion; toss until well coated with dressing.

    Cover and chill, tossing occasionally, at least 1 hour.
