- 8 ounces self-raising flour
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 ounce low-fat butter (Low Low)
- 1 ounce Splenda granular
- 14 cup skim milk
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 230C/450F.

2Sieve the flour, spice and baking powder together into a mixing bowl.

3Rub in the butter and then stir in the sugar.

4Stir in the milk and mix to a soft dough.

5Flour the baking tray, and place the scones on the tray, leaving space for them to expand.

6Put into the top of the oven and bake for 10 minutes, until brown and well risen.

7Cool on a rack and eat while fresh.

8Freeze what you don't use immediately!
