Ingredients

• 1 spray(s) cooking spray
• 1 tsp canola oil
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 2 minced garlic cloves
• 2 medium carrots thinly sliced into round circles
• 1 pound of 90% lean ground turkey
• 2 Tbsp chili powder
• 1 Tbsp paprika
• 1 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 2 medium chopped tomatoes
• 1 cup canned tomato sauce
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 1 1/2 cup canned kidney beans (or you other favorite bean) rinsed and drained
• 1 medium chopped green pepper
• 1/2 tsp table salt
• 1/8 tsp black pepper
• 1 diced jalapeno, without seeds
