- 200 grams or more Thinly sliced beef
- 1 Burdock root
- 2 Eggs
- 1 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 Vegetable oil
Directions

1Shred the burdock root and soak in a bowl of water, then drain.

2Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the burdock root and stir-fry over high heat.

3Once the burdock root has wilted, add the ingredients marked .

4Place the beef on top of the burdock root without mixing, until it the beef cooks through.

5This should be done over medium heat.

6Once the beef cooks through, evenly pour in the beaten eggs and cover the pot with a lid.

7Turn off the heat.

8Once the eggs are soft set, it's done.
