- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Combine sugar and water, stir; add yeast, stir.

2Add oil, stir. Add beaten egg, stir.

3Mix with flour.

4Cover and let rise 1 hour. Drop by spoon into small bowl of flour, form into biscuit.

5Put in greased pan.

6Bake at 350° until brown.
