- 1 c. warm water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. soft margarine
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water with 2 tablespoons sugar.

2Add margarine, salt, 1 tablespoon sugar and flour.

3Mix well.

4Pour out on floured board and knead a few times.

5Cut out and place in pan.

6Butter tops and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size (1 1/2 to 2 hours).

7Bake at 400° until nicely browned.
