  • 2 pkg. yeast
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • dash of salt
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 3 1/2 c. flour

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in warm water.

    Add sugar, oil and egg and beat.

    Add flour and salt.

    Mix well and let stand for 2 hours. Then work down well and make into small balls.

    Let rise for 2 hours and then bake until golden brown at 350°.
