  • 1 c. warm water
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 yeast cake or pkg. dry yeast
  • 2 c. warm water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. lard, melted
  • 6 c. flour

Directions

    In measuring cup, mix first 4 ingredients.

    Let set 20 minutes. In large mixing bowl, mix next 3 ingredients.

    Mix all together, then add flour.

    Cover and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours.

    Pinch out for rolls.

    Do not knead.

    Cook at 360° for 8 to 10 minutes.
