  • 3 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Place 1 1/2 cups flour, yeast and sugar in a large bowl.

    Mix well.

    Heat liquids and butter to hot (110° to 120°).

    Pour into flour mixture and beat at medium speed for 3 minutes.

    Stir in remaining flour.

    Let rise until double.

    Bake at 375° for 15 minutes or until done.
