Ingredients
- 2 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 large eggs
Directions

1Mix flours together.

2Combine 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast; mix well.

3Heat milk, water and margarine together to 120° to 130°.

4Pour in yeast mixture and beat for two minutes at medium speed.

5Add eggs and 1/2 cup flour and beat 2 minutes at high speed.

6Add enough remaining flour to make stiff batter.

7Cover bowl tightly with foil or plastic wrap.

8Refrigerate 4 hours.

9Roll dough on floured board.

10Cut rolls and place on buttered pans. Brush butter on tops of rolls.

11Cover and let rise for about 1 hour.

12Bake at 375° for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
