- 6 yellow squash
- 2 c. self rising yellow corn meal mix
- 1 1/2 c. ice cold water
- 2 eggs
- salt & pepper to taste
Directions

1Cut unpeeled squash into finger style.

2Stir together the eggs, water, corn mix, salt, and pepper to taste.

3Dip fingers into mix, gently hit on the side of bowl so fingers won't be over covered. Deep fry in your favorite oil until golden brown.

4Drain well on a brown paper bag.
