  • 3 bell peppers, coarse chopped
  • 1/2 c. salt
  • 5 c. sugar
  • 3 c. vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
  • 1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
