- 1 pkg. 2 layer cake mix
- 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding and pie mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. oil
- 3 c. grated zucchini, drained 10 minutes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. chopped nutmeats
Directions

1Combine ingredients in mixing bowl.

2Blend, then beat at medium speed (electric mixer) for 4 minutes.

3Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.

4Bake 50 to 55 minutes in a 350° oven.

5If baked in a Bundt pan, bake 40 to 45 minutes or until tester comes clean.

6Sprinkle with confectioners sugar icing.
