  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Put flour in mixing bowl.

    Add eggs and beat mixture with a wooden spoon until dough is elastic.

    Gradually stir the milk into the mixture, then whisk until smooth.

    Pour an inch of oil into pan and put in 450° preheated oven until oil is smoking.

    Pour mixture onto oil.

    The oil should come up the sides which will seal the top.

    Bake 25 to 30 minutes until brown.
