Yuki'S Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 8 oz. meat (uncooked chicken breast, pork or beef, sliced or chopped), about 1 c.
  • 1 medium size carrot (about 1/2 c.)
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 medium size onion (about 3/4 c.)
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 1/4 c. green pepper
  • 2 cubes (2 tsp. powdered) chicken or beef bouillon
  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 1/2 tsp. soy sauce

Directions

    Trim all fat from meat.

    Heat skillet to 350° and add oil (this is a medium hot frying pan).

    Add chicken, quickly fry for 5 minutes.

    Add sugar and carrots and fry medium-high 3 minutes. Add onions and celery; stir and cook 2 minutes.

    Add green pepper and bouillon cubes (crush them in pan).

    Add soy sauce.

    Add cooked rice.
