- 1-1/4 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1/2 c. rice, raw
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 soup can of water
Directions

1Combine meat, onion, rice cracker crumbs, egg, salt and pepper to taste, cayenne pepper and chili powder and Italian seasoning.

2Shape into golf ball size balls.

3Place in a lightly greased casserole or pan, in one layer.

4Mix the soup and the water and pour over the Yummy Balls.

5Cook at 375° for 1 hour.
