  • 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. (heaping) flour
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Combine all ingredients; pour into buttered baking dish.

    Bake in 375° oven about 50 minutes or until set.

    If desired, omit melted butter and instead dot top of pudding with butter before baking.
