- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- 14 cup canola oil
- 14 cup honey
- 12 cup raisins
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.

2In a small bowl, combine the milk, oil and honey; add to the dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.

3Stir in raisins.

4Drop by tablespoonfuls onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray.

5Bake at 425 F for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.

6Remove to wire racks.

7Note : They're better out of the oven or the same day.

8The next days, they're a bit dry.

9But they can be great soaked in coffee.
