- 4 pounds pork ribs country-style
- 1 medium onions sliced
- 1/2 cup corn syrup, dark
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar firmly packed
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup ketchup
Directions

1Place sapreribs in 4 to 6 quart Dutch oven.

2Coverribs with water, salt to taste.

3Bring to boil; reduce heat.

4Simmer, covered for 1 hour or until ribs are tender; drain.

5Place in 13x9 inch baking dish.

6Heat oven to 325F (160C).

7In a medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients.

8Pour sauce over ribs.

9Bake at 325F (160C).

10for 30 to 40 minutes, basting occasionally.
