  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil

  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 3 c. shredded zucchini

Directions

    Mix together first 6 ingredients.

    Bake in oven at 300° for 1 1/2 hours in greased and floured cake pans or 20 x 14 1/2-inch cookie sheet.
