- 6 c. cut-up zucchini
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 1 can condensed soup (mushroom or chicken)
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 8 oz. Stove Top stuffing mix (dry)
Directions

1Cook onions and zucchini in salted water; drain.

2Combine soup, carrots, sour cream and fold into zucchini and onion.

3Mix melted butter and stuffing.

4Spread half of this mixture into a 9 x 13-inch glass pan (greased).

5Spread zucchini mixture over this, then spread rest of stuffing mixture on top.

6Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
