Zucchini Casserole

  • 6 c. diced zucchini
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
  • 1 can cream of chicken or other cream soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 box cheese croutons (Pepperidge Farm)
  • 1 stick butter or oleo

Directions

    Drain cooked zucchini and onion.

    Toss melted oleo over croutons.
  3. 3
    Place 1/2 of the croutons in bottom of dish.
  4. 4
    Layer zucchini, soup and sour cream.
  5. 5
    Top with other 1/2 of croutons. Bake at 350° for 50 or 60 minutes.
