- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 to 5 medium zucchini, sliced thin
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped onion
- crescent roll dough
- 1/4 c. parsley flakes
- mustard
- 8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded (use more)
- garlic powder
- oregano
- pepper
Directions

1Cook sliced zucchini, chopped onion, parsley and spices together (use big frying pan); really cooks down.

2Drain.

3Mix eggs and cheese together.

4Spread crescent roll dough in pie plate. Spread yellow mustard over dough.

5Mix zucchini mixture, egg and cheese mixture; put in pie crust and bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes.
