  • 2 lb. sliced zucchini
  • 2 lb. tomatoes, peeled with stem ends and cores removed
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped green peppers
  • 2 1/2 c. water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    In 4 to 6 quart pan or Dutch oven, combine all ingredients; bring to boil.

    Boil 20 to 30 minutes.

    Can also be boiled 2 to 3 minutes, then canned.
