- 2 lb. tomatoes, peeled with stem ends and cores removed
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped green peppers
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1In 4 to 6 quart pan or Dutch oven, combine all ingredients; bring to boil.

2Boil 20 to 30 minutes.

3Can also be boiled 2 to 3 minutes, then canned.
