  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups cubed zucchini (about 3/4 pound)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

    Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, and saute 1 minute. Add zucchini, and cook, stirring occasionally, 6 to 7 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in salt and pepper.
