Ingredients

  • 4 egg yolks
  • juice of 1 lemon or 2 Tbsp. juice
  • 1/4 c. cream
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 lb. green seedless grapes or 1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 lb. nutmeats (pecans, walnuts)
  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows or 10 regular size, cut into quarters

Directions

    Boil the first 4 ingredients together until thick; cool.

    Add whipped cream, fruit, nuts and marshmallows.

    Mix together; let stand overnight.
