- 4 egg yolks
- juice of 1 lemon or 2 Tbsp. juice
- 1/4 c. cream
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. whipping cream, whipped
- 1 lb. green seedless grapes or 1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 lb. nutmeats (pecans, walnuts)
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows or 10 regular size, cut into quarters
Directions

1Boil the first 4 ingredients together until thick; cool.

2Add whipped cream, fruit, nuts and marshmallows.

3Mix together; let stand overnight.
