- 1 qt. squash
- 1 large onion
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. sweet milk
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
Directions

1Cook squash and onion together until tender; drain.

2Melt oleo in casserole dish; pour into drained squash and onions.

3Mix together egg, milk, salt and pepper.

4Add to squash.

5Add cracker crumbs, leaving enough to cover top.

6Bake in oven about 20 minutes or until brown.

7(You may add garlic salt and a little sage if you like.)
