- 2 ribs celery, diced
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1 can LeSueur green peas
- 1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 3 oz. can Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. bacon, fried crisp
Directions

1Break up lettuce in bottom of container.

2Layer the 2 ribs of diced celery, chopped green pepper and diced red onion.

3Drain can of LeSueur peas and place on top of onion. Next, the mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese.

4Crumble bacon on top and seal well in Saran Wrap.

5Refrigerate for 24 hours.
