  • 1 can yellow beans
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1/2 c. green onion
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

    Rinse all beans.

    Place beans, pepper and onions in nonmetal bowl.

    Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.

    Pour over beans, etc.

    Refrigerate 4 to 5 hours, overnight if possible.
