- 1 medium size can Rosarita refried beans
- 1 can green Ortega diced chilies
- 1 can jumbo olives
- 1 small carton sour cream
- 2 to 3 avocados
- 1 to 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 to 1 block Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Select a round platter.

2Spread beans (straight from can) over platter.

3Pour green chilies over beans evenly.

4Cut olives in slices and spread over chilies.

5Whip up sour cream before spooning it out and smoothing it over the olives with a fork.

6Next, de-pit avocados and scrape out the inside into another bowl.

7Using a fork will make avocados creamy enough to spread over sour cream.

9Dice tomatoes and spread over avocados.
