Directions

   Cream butter, Crisco and sugar together.

   Add eggs, one at a time.

   Beat well after each addition.

   Add flour to the mixture and beat until smooth.

   Add lemon extract and mix well.

   Fold in 7 ounces of 7-Up.

   Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 325° for 1 hour.
