  • 3 medium yellow squash, chopped
  • 8 pods okra, chopped
  • 3 green tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cucumbers, chopped
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 3 banana peppers, chopped
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 hot peppers, chopped
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. meal
  • 3/4 c. oil

Directions

    Good when garden is just coming in and you don't have enough of anything for a dish.

    Mix all vegetables together in large bowl.

    Salt and pepper.

    Mix flour and meal and shake over veggies, turning to coat all veggies.

    Dump into large skillet and cover.

    Fry until tender and it is brown as you want it.
