  • 2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
  • 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Mayo Fat Free Mayonnaise Dressing
  • 1 romaine lettuce leaf
  • 1/2 medium tomato, sliced, divided King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 1/2 cup chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
  • 1/2 cup chopped frozen cauliflower, thawed
  • 2 tsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping
  • 2 Tbsp. PLANTERS Sliced Almonds
  • 8 fl oz (1 cup) , favorite flavor

Directions

    COOK bacon in large skillet on medium heat 8 to 10 min.

    or until crisp, turning occasionally.

    Spread toast slices with mayo.

    Cover 1 of the toast slices with bacon, lettuce and 1 slice of tomato; top with remaining toast slice.

    CHOP remaining tomato; toss with broccoli and cauliflower in medium bowl.

    Add grated cheese and dressing; toss to coat.

    TOP banana slices with whipped topping and almonds for dessert.
