  • 1 whole black peppercorn
  • 14 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon olive oil
  • 12 teaspoon vinegar (or fresh lime juice)

Directions

    Crush & mix first 3 ingredients in a mortar.

    Mix crushed ingredients with remaining ingredients.

    Rub seasoning into meat thoroughly & set in the refrigerator or several hours.

    This is enough for about 1 pound of meat or poultry.
