- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. aku, cut into 1 x 1/2-inch size pieces
- flour to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1/3 c. shoyu
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1/2 bunch watercress
- 1 to 2 round onions, diced
- 1 to 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 tsp. hot sauce
Directions

1Cut aku into bite size pieces.

2Then fry aku with flour, salt and pepper to taste.

3Cook until brown.

4Let cool.

5Then add remaining ingredients to aku.

6Mix well.
