- 1/2 to 3/4 lb. scallops
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 c. mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. Swiss cheese
- sliced mushrooms
Directions

1Rinse scallops; saute scallops and onion in margarine and wine until scallops become white and fluffy looking.

2Add mushrooms; sprinkle with parsley and pepper.

3Add soup; pour in baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.

4Bake at 350° until bubbling and cheese is melted.
