  • 1/2 to 3/4 lb. scallops
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 c. mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. Swiss cheese
  • sliced mushrooms

Directions

    Rinse scallops; saute scallops and onion in margarine and wine until scallops become white and fluffy looking.

    Add mushrooms; sprinkle with parsley and pepper.

    Add soup; pour in baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.

    Bake at 350° until bubbling and cheese is melted.
