- 13 cup sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 18 teaspoon almond extract
Directions

1place almonds in food processor.

2with metal blade beat for 4-6 minutes, scraping bowl several times until almonds look like wet beach sand.

3Add sugar and process for 1 minute or until well incorporated.

5Mixture will ball together and become pasty and appear buttery.
