  • 4 12 cups baby carrots
  • 34 cup water
  • 34 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 34 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3 teaspoons butter

Directions

    Combine carrots, water and salt in a saucepan.

    Bring to boil, reduce heat to medium and cook until carrots are tender crisp, about 15 to 20 minutes.

    Drain water, stir in sugar, pineapple and butter.
