- 2 1/4 cups self-rising flour, sifted
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 None egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- None None raspberry jam, to serve
- None None whipped cream, to serve
Directions

1Combine flour and sugar. Whisk together milk, egg, vanilla and butter then whisk into dry ingredients until just combined. Transfer to a piping bag fitted with a large plain tip.

2Heat a large nonstick frying pan over medium-low heat. Lightly coat with oil. Working in batches, pipe 4-5 inch letters. Cook for 2 mins, or until golden underneath and bubbles appear on surface. Flip and cook for 2 mins, until golden and cooked.

3Serve pancakes warm with jam and cream.
