- 1 -2 tablespoon choice fruit jelly (grape, blackberry suggested (avoid tarter fruits)

1Ingredient proportions are per slice of bread, or half of a sandwich (folded slice of bread).

2-Spread choice fruit preserve as would for PB&J on bread slice.

3-Add chickpeas (still whole), folding bread in a taco-like way to contain them.
