- 4 34 cups milk
- 4 cups miniature marshmallows
- 3 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 34 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions

1Melt marshmallows & chocolate: Combine marshmallows,milk & chocolate in medium saucepan over low heat, whisking constantly, until marshmallows and chocolate are melted.

2Pour into medium bowl - set bowl over larger bowl of ice water.

3Let stand, whisking often, until mixture is cool and thickened, 15 to 20 minutes.

4Using electric mixer, beat vanilla & cream in bowl until cream just holds stiff peaks.

5Fold chocolate mixture into whipped cream, leaving a few streaks.

6Spoon into dessert cups or goblets and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or up to 2 days.
