Ambrosia Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 large can crushed pineapple (with juice, 20 oz. can)
  • 1 large orange Jell-O (6 oz.)
  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. flaked coconut

Directions

    Combine pineapple and Jell-O. Heat until Jell-O is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in buttermilk, coconut and pecans.

    Fold in Cool Whip.

    Pour in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Chill until firm.
