- 3/4 c. cooking oil
- 5 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. lukewarm water
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Add sugar and remaining ingredients, making a stiff dough.

3Place in covered container in refrigerator.

4Pinch off dough as needed.

5Shape into biscuits. Place on cookie sheet.

6Bake as many as you like.

7Dough may be kept in refrigerator for 1 to 2 weeks.
