  • 2 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 or 2 cans crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 can Angel Flake coconut
  • 2 1/2 pt. whipping cream, beaten

Directions

    First, dissolve Jell-O in 1 1/2 cups boiling water and juice from pineapple.

    Add marshmallows and chill.

    Add coconut, pecans and pineapple.

    Fold in whipping cream and chill.

    May use any flavor Jell-O.
