- 2 c. rolled oats
- 2 c. boiling water
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 3 c. whole wheat flour *
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 5 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 c. All-Bran cereal
Directions

1Combine oats and boiling water; let cool.

2Mix together eggs, sugar, oil and buttermilk.

3Stir in sifted dry ingredients with All-Bran just until moistened.

4Store in covered containers in refrigerator up to 6 weeks.

5Bake in well-greased muffin tins. Raisins, nuts or chopped dates may be added to batter before baking at 375°

6for 15 to 20 minutes.

7Makes 5 to 6 dozen muffins.
