  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 1/2 oz. jar dried beef
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. chopped walnuts

    Chop up dried beef very fine.

    Blend cream cheese and milk. Mix other ingredients with this, except for the nuts.

    Put into 8-inch pie plate.

    Spread chopped nuts over top.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Serve hot with crackers.
