  • 1 loaf honey wheat bread
  • 6 large apples
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 2 pints heavy whipping cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon

    cut crusts off entire loaf of bread and cube (leftover crusts can be used for breadcrumbs or crutons) - set aside; peel and chop up apples; spray a 9x13 glass pan and layer bread, apples, raisins and repeat until done; mix cream, eggs, sugar and pour over top of ingredients; dust entire top with cinnamon; bake in oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees; serve with vanilla ice cream
